We the People: Vote by Design with Bridgewater State University

(Event times listed here are in PST)

Join college students from across New England for this deliberative learning experience where you will learn how you can turn down the noise, think critically and creatively, and amp-up the power of your vote.

Vote by Design and Bridgewater State University’s Martin Richard Institute for Social Justice are teaming up to host an interactive, nonpartisan, digital workshop that will explore a new and innovative framework for thinking about who you vote for and why. For Constitution Day, Vote by Design will reframe the decision-making process of voting away from “Which candidate do you like?” to instead ask, “What are the leadership qualities best suited to the job as framed by the Constitution?” and “What does the future need from this position?”

Attendance is free, but space is limited. Please register below. Zoom link to follow registration.

Thursday September 17, 2020 from 1:00 PM-2:30 PM PST / 4:00-5:30 EST
